PNM Media Gathering

For the PNM Gathering project, we were tasked with creating a versatile event setup designed to seamlessly accommodate two distinct event programs. To resolve the tight operational transition between sessions, we engineered a modular base construction that allowed branding elements and structural graphics to be swapped quickly and efficiently on site.

The main spatial challenges involved a highly restricted footprint, compounded by unpredictable weather conditions and frequent rainfall throughout the event period. To overcome these environmental and spatial constraints, we strategically deployed two heavy-duty roder tents, dividing the footprint into dedicated functional zones. One tent housed the primary activity and engagement areas, while the second was dedicated entirely to the dining space, serving as one of the central highlights of the gathering.

Navigating complex weather logistics and rapid program shifts requires absolute control over event infrastructure. Our spatial design allowed us to resolve unexpected venue conditions smoothly while keeping the client's vision fully intact. We proved that even under tight weather and space limitations, our ground execution remains immaculate, functional, and aligned with the brand's operational standards.
