Sculptra: The Glow Unfold

We engineered a comprehensive site transformation by constructing nine custom decorative elements, including a main stage, an entrance gate, two photobooths, a transition tunnel, a registration booth, and three product displays featured alongside giant product mockups.

To maximize visual impact while respecting strict budget parameters for a single-day event, our creative team explored a versatile combination of materials, seamlessly blending wall paint, fabric, structural styrofoam, stickers, and cast resin.

Facing a highly constrained on-site setup schedule, we strategically optimized our production workflow through off-site pre-building at our warehouse. By completing the primary fabrication beforehand, our ground crew focused purely on rapid assembly, precision joining, and meticulous final touch-ups upon arrival at the venue.

Beyond fabrication, we actively assisted with overall venue spatial planning to guarantee smooth guest flow and full compliance with venue regulations. Our integrated approach allowed us to deliver an immaculate, budget-efficient brand environment that maintained full aesthetic integrity despite tight operational windows.
